Welcome to My New Digs

Welcome!

You may recall that several months ago I changed the name of this site from “Conservation Gardening” to “Ecosystem Gardening” because I felt it better represented what I am trying to express here. Most of you seemed to agree with that change, but until today my web address was still conservationgardening.com.

Through the magic that is the internet, and with the very patient help of a wonderful tech coach, the whole site will all of my content, your comments, and links is now at ecosystemgardening.com. YAY!

There are several people I need to thank for helping to make this possible.

First, Pamela Wilson, of Zurek Design, created the beautiful header you see above. If you need a header, logo, or help with your site design, or any other marketing materials, Pamela is the one to choose. With just a few questions to me about my goals here, she was able to create a look for me that I love, and also that I think well expresses my vision. Give her a call, she’s incredible.

Second, Johnny B. Truant, is a web genius, with a knack for knowing exactly what’s happening at the dreaded (to me) c-panel file manager, and really knows how to whip an .htaccess file into submission. I am extremely grateful to him for never making me feel dumb with my constant questions. If you need a tech coach, Johnny is your guy. He’s funny. He’ll make you laugh, but more importantly, he’ll make your site sing like a Meadowlark.

And finally, YOU! I just realized that my 6 month blogiversary came and went and my 100th post passed me by without any acknowledgement by me. You all are the reason I’m still here and why I keep writing.

Thank you all so much for all of your support, your wonderful comments on so many posts, and your tweets in the twitterverse. I have enjoyed meeting every one of you and am excited to continue our conversations.

There is just one small detail. If you were subscribed to the blog before, either by RSS or email, you will need to resubscribe to the feed. I know that you will not want to miss a thing, so don’t forget to do that before you go.

PS One other bit of exciting news, late last night this site was finally accepted to Alltop! YAY. How perfect is that timimg!

Thanks for being here! So what do you think of my new design?
