I’ve been tinkering with a fan page for my business too. I’m still not entirely sure how to use it, but after reading your blog I decided to go ahead and publish it.

You are so right that if we all did just one thing, we could collectively make a big difference! I have a personal page that I use for family and friends, but it wouldn't present a very professional appearance. So I got another personal account with my professional email and created the fan page from there. That way I can have a family fun page and a more professional page, which seemed like the best way to resolve family/friends who may not want to see the daily stream for Ecosystem Gardening. I'm working on a project that will be using the fanpage as a base for some interactive ideas, so the fanpage is the first step. I'm very excited.....can't wait to get it all together so I can launch it. I have a personal page that I use for family and friends, but it wouldn’t present a very professional appearance. So I got another personal account with my professional email and created the fan page from there.

That way I can have a family fun page and a more professional page, which seemed like the best way to resolve family/friends who may not want to see the daily stream for Ecosystem Gardening.

I’m working on a project that will be using the fanpage as a base for some interactive ideas, so the fanpage is the first step. I’m very excited…..can’t wait to get it all together so I can launch it.
